In my opinion, YES.
If it ain't broke don't fix it?
As long as it's still supported and you have no need to do that, what's the point?
When you have the need on the other hand, make sure to backup old easy Apache config profile before you start so you can quickly rollback if needed.
Thanks guys will leave it for now. Wasn't really sure if it should have been for security or something.
