You'll find that PayPal, Skrill, and other e-wallets specifically forbid these types of transactions.
Get the scrill credit card and add it to your paypal? or send from your paypal to the destination paypal konto
Good idea, except last time I tried this, PayPal did not accept the Skrill debit card.
Do a trade with someone
works for me without problems. I often use the card on different currency because most of the time skrill is cheaper there.
They competitors, and PayPal don't want peering with everyone. Interest only your CC in file.
