I need a VPS for $ 1-15 Montly, large disk space (at least 100-150 GB), bandwidth: larger than 2 TB or unlimited. OS: Windows

Can somebody give some recommendations ?

Last week I bought win-vps.com which is a total sh*t, my order was marked as a fraud and support didn't answer for 4 days, at least they gave me a refund and removed my account without saying anything and I think they were Russians who didn't understand English, even though their website is in English, some pages are in untranslated Russian language..

    I forgot to mention that I need Windows (server or regular win).. I'm looking for montly price less than $15, I just don't wanna waste big money on a VPS, I'm not gonna host anything on the VPS, it's just for short term file storage and uploading/downloading/video rendering/cutting. My current upload speed is 80 KB :D

    I previously used vpswindows.biz for $7.82 monthly, it was OK, but the problem was 30 GB HDD (15 for windows files), so the final free space was 15 GB.
