Dacentec KVM problem

Hi,

I have just purchased another server at Dacentec and had a KVM attached to it.
I login to the KVM switch, but I am not succesfull in connecting to the console.

I always get "Unable to launch the application": stack
NLParseException[ Could not parse launch file. Error at line 0.]
at com.sun.javaws.jnl.XMLFormat.decode(Unknown Source)
at com.sun.javaws.jnl.XMLFormat.parse(Unknown Source)

at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

It seems the downloaded spider.jnlp is always 1 byte (although it should be 9,33 Kbytes): I guess this is the reason

I contacted support multiple times but however helpful they are they continue in saying: " we tried it on multiple environments but have no problems".

I tried on different browsers, different connections (at home, on a Win VM on another dacentec server, ..), different JRE's ... always the same problem !! I had no problems whatsoever for other servers but I'm really stuck now ...

Also added the URL to the Java exception list.

Really desparate now...

If anyone would have any suggestions ?

Thank you
