I hava a vps in hostus.us.Recently, The vps Cache Memory is too big, and the Real Memory Used is little.
My other VPS does not have this kind of situation.

@lingchenzi Did you open a ticket with them to ask about it?
Is it an actual problem? Are you suffering from performance issues?
Linux uses RAM for caching if it isn't being used. Its nothing to be worried about.

So you trust "Real ram used" but not "real ram free"?
I think I got one, fresh cpanel dnsonly reinstall, not connected to other dns clusters, mainly idle for few days, 637mb used of total 768mb ram
Cached memory is still free memory and available for use to any process that requires it.

Windows does this too. surprised the OP is confused with this..
