@Maounique Click on share then on embed, then make sure use old method or something like that is ticked so it will embed as a object not a iframe.

Haha! So you come in here libelling people, displaying that you're clueless as regards running your business, customer service, data protection and general sysadmin, post customers' private information, and god knows what else, and now you want to request to close the thread?
I believe the saying is "You made your bed, now lie in it."
In that case I request that you start acting more muture and ACTUALLY follow your privacy policy or I cannot see you being in business for much longer.
