No extra ip needed. I recommend to no use free cpanel if you host only 1-3 sites.
For VPS control panel, you can look at VestaCP or Ajenti.

Depends on your visitors, SNI can be used to allow multiple SSL's on a single IP.
However its not supported by Old Android or Windows XP with IE.
I wish to Install Just one SSL. I feel Kloxo MR is really good fr me.
After Its Installed and I add my Domain , how will the IP get allocated to the Domain ( as a Dedicated IP ) ?

You don't need special IP for SSL if using Kloxo-MR 7.0.
Kloxo-MR 7.0 support SNI. I hope support letsencrypt too if ready.
I think you should try centos webpanel. It looks great and userfriendly. But, dont know how secure it is.

How can i generate CSR for a WildCard SSL ?
I tried by "Add SSL" Tab, But where to specify that the request is for *.domain.com ( wild card ssl ) ? ( Plz Note : The Value "domain.com" is already filled up for SSL Certificate Name and Common Name ( CN ).
Its Good.
But , IMHO Kloxo MR is way better. Its the Closest and Most refined cp , especially since i have used cPaenl.. and it looks much similar.
