    They're gambling, they hope 1 Billion installs of Windows 10 in next 2-3 years. For this they need to improve things rapidly. They need to listen that not everyone has touchscreen or not everyone is going to use Tablet.

    Production work will be done on desktops and they need to build a very good user experience.
