There is no such thing as a free lunch so I would be a little skeptical.
@cyberhub Free hosts do exist, but often times when you want to upgrade your plan you're often directed to their off-brand with paid plans. This is what I am aiming for. Plus, I could live with $20/Month on expenses to offer free hosting.

No, don't use that panel. If you're going to spend $20/month, you might as well buy a cPanel/Plesk/DirectAdmin/Interworx license.
