Online.net Dedicated server for gameserver host?
Hi,
What do you think guys about online.net dedicated server for gameserver hosting? I mean the DDOS protection. Will the basic enought , or will i am able to run the servers without get a DDOS what kick my server?
Or better way to use the soyoustart game dedicated line? As as i see nothing could kick it... but the price and i7 not the best.
Any suggestion?

I think OVH's DDOS protection has a heavier investment and potentially more effective. It depends on the nature of the attack.
Most game servers would die before the attack is significant enough for the upstream to activate any mitigation, so you would have to deal with that on the server itself first.
What game would it be and what kind of DDoS attack?
