  Yes, that would be yearly, and I know, very low budget. Got a few decent ones within this price range so you know, no harm in asking right? If it's not working out I'll probably settle for bigger boxes although I really don't need all the resources that come with it.

  Another to look at is Aggressive Networks. They're kinda new, but I've been very happy with the 64 MB VM I have with them. Great performance and excellent customer support.
