Looking for NFO or Leaseweb (NL) VPS with:

Why would you want a Leaseweb vps? You might as well get a Ecatel vps then....
I want good, no trouble ;p
And because it's quite rare I see vps on those 2 networks (within LE price range)
For NL specifically I'd go with RamNode. As far as Frankfurt goes, NFO is a solid choice. RamNode's network won't offer you the same performance (connectivity wise), but they are amongst the very best.
