dnsmasq not supporting some tlds; possible?

Hello guys,

Today I came across this strange problem. I use dnsmasq to proxy some geolocated content and when adding a .tv tld it just doesn't recognize it (the filter is not triggered).

I have already many .com and .net domains that are perfectly recognized, even country specific ones like .de or .fr.

For example:

address=/mygeosite.tv/XX.XXXX.X.XX      #not working
address=/mygeosite2.fr/XX.XXXX.X.XX          #working
address=/mygeosite3.com/XX.XXXX.X.XX      #working

So my question here is: is this possibly dnsmasq fault? Maybe a llimit of dnsmasq? Is there a way to solve this? I realize it is quite unlikely, but I can't find any other explanation.

Thanks a lot for any help!

    Are you sure there is no other explanation? .TV is just another ccTLD (TuValu's)...

    The problem was not dnsmasq of course. Solved it now. :)
