The minimum that would be accepted and routed globally is a /24.
You cannot announce anything smaller than /24, you will run into filters.
You can technically do it but you will be booted.
IPv4?
Nothing smaller than /24 will be globally routable.
If you just want a SWIP to an ORG ID though that's doable, otherwise as mentioned that won't work.
SWIP != Announcement by own AS.
