    In the case of this topic, that there is no need to open a topic. If everyone opened a topic every time some website goes down, we would have a very busy community.

  • @MrLawoodle I agree, however I must say that the IRC is a great place for "small-talk" topics, like "Oh, is this shit down, is there a mirror"? rather than having a thread about it. But all is cool :P
