+1 for Kimsufi and Backupsy.
Backupsy isn't really designed for distributing files; just for backups, really. However, I've had brilliant reliability from them.
I have the KS-3 plan with Kimsufi and couldn't be happier, have around 500GB of content that needs sending to clients, and it does a great job at that. Only been with them for 4 months though.
