Hell no. I'm personally sick of so many servers in Germany in general. I already have Hetzner, now I have Digital Ocean, so I'm good for Germany, now if you get something like Belarus then that'd be different.
No. Because there are enough of them for a fairly cheap price.
Its great already have a DO instance there. Any unique features that you contemplate?
