  Been happy with @qps LA - only 1 little glitch (someone else in my rack got DDoS'd and it took out my connection for a bit) but they were quick to respond.

  Or Delimiter (@MarkTurner) - they have an LA location too, but not sure about availability think Mark said they're expanding DC.

  We filled up earlier in the year, we've taken over another DC which is being prepped for service.

  Are you using a paypal other than your own? Or a different name vs whats in your paypal? that usually flags a fraud with most providers.
