I want to know what the basic and important things the clients search or look for on a web hosting service provider website?

Is SSL certificate must?
For your own hosting site it is must. It raises the credibility of the site. Also secure your customers payment.
That and Google started ranking SSL enabled sites a bit higher too.
Don't forget responsiveness as well..
Exactly. If you are able to provide the chat support that will be a big plus to get customer on.
