  • i dont understand how your offer differs from say anywhere else in europe.. all EU hosts should avoid the dmca anyway, since you may or may not be aware dmca is an american only law.

    Any test IP?

    Cheers

AFAIK, none of them do abide by the dmca unless they have a US presence. However, DMCA notices are taken by many European hosts as an abuse notice that details a violation of law.

You would be surprised how many EU hosts comply with DMCA, as they may treat is as a network abuse report.

well i certainly don't and anyone who does should be called out. if a copyright violation has been done it should be reported properly. using DMCA is not the correct way

  • All EU DC can be easy raided by fbi request.

  • Interested in your LU location. Why should I choose you instead of BuyVM?

last i check, buyvm is up north.

  • @TarZZ92

You should follow the copyright-violation take down process of that country which usually is a lengthier process.

    Nonsense.

I ignore all dmca requests as a policy. if the copyright requests are valid (in our country) we act upon them (using country specific policies not american ones).

  • @TarZZ92 - Sweden marked as offshore till Portlane been raided easy by fbi request, isn't?

    define offshore..

  • Every Lux or Romanian DC can be raided even more easy than Portlane in Sweden
