    Got one! I was provisioned instantly in Canada -looks like the BHS facility- but the IP geolocation says in Roubaix, France ? Traceroute from a previous BHS boxe to this one ended up weird...

    Also, all of the 5 intro emails landed in my SPAM folder...

    When I try to login in the webpanel it says "The username or password you entered is incorrect."


    After clicking "Forgot password" it get this message: "The email address you submitted is invalid"


    But that is definitly the email address I used to sign up with.

    There are 3 nodes , one in Canada and two in France. All ips are geo located around Europe. Us location is Canada for time being.
