Noob question about manage clients

Hi:

How do you manage clients in the following scenarios:

  1. Abuse clients (abuse of resources)
  2. Fraud clients (fake details, fake credit cards, fake everything)
  3. Noob clients (have no idea about how to use the service they got)
  4. ask ask ask clients (always ask for support even if they don't need it)
  5. Clients that know more about host than you.

    1. Contact them and try to get it solved, if this doesn't work temp suspension when resources abused.

    4. There is nothing to do thats how the industry goes we have no choice but to help them, afterall clients satisfaction is number one concern.

    But how can you filter fraud clients.

  • Trace their ips compare it with country, check fraud sites, google their email and so on.
    All depends on maxmind rating and fraudrecord.
