Seems to be dropping at random.

I have seen this personally on IRC with clients connected from TinyVZ in Kansas City. It seems that peers just drop out sometimes. I can't say I would recommend TinyVZ anymore due to network issues.

Happens every ten minutes or so
No problems with ipv4.
Stopped monitoring ipv6 due to too much dropping.
