Looking for Server Under $15

I would like these specs:
4GB RAM /
CPU with passmark beyond 3000 /
2-5 TB Bandwidth /
At least 80GB HDD (preferably 100GB or more) /
Dedicated Resources
Not Kimsufi (KS-2 is what I currently have; I am looking to upgrade from a CPU passmark of 640.)
I have looked into the Delimiter $20 Atlanta server, but that is too expensive for my budget. I do not mind paying yearly. I cannot go above $15 because that is beyond my budget, but I may be able to sacrifice on the specs a little.

Do you have one in mind that has dedicated resources and fits what I need?
What do you plan to do with it and what location are you looking for?
Any location is fine. I will be running a script that takes more than 50% of system load most of the time.

It seems like @drserver doesn't allow running stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server.
How many IPs? will just IPv6 do?
KVM or OpenVZ?
I would like one IPV4. Either KVM or OpenVZ.

as far as I can remember, there's this Atom server.....
The Passmark score on the Atom is less than 640. I am going to get that for another server but this one needs better specs.

@belinik looks to be Chrome / IE only. All works fine in Firefox.

@OP, Delimiter's offering is probably the only one that fits what you are looking for with your requirement.
Probably just an assumption based on the very high screen resolution and the amount of items on the taskbar ...
