Just got this off, $3.5 for KVM256 is available now. You have two choise, one is linux only, one with Windows Server 2003.

I can vouch for Sonic VPS's service. I had a 256MB running Windows server 2k3. Didn't need it anymore, but I would go back to them.
I have used more than half year, very happy with it. Maybe, their CPU is a little poor, they just give one core, but all other are very good, network download test from cachefly can keep more than 25MB/s, and it is stable, for only $3.5 per month, you get very much.
