If I was looking at 8GB of RAM, I'd be looking at a low end dedicated server.
Drop this down to 2-4GB RAM and you may have a market of $10-15.

1GB KVM's for 7$ are pretty popular, but prepare for Abuse with all those windows users

If you could find a way to make 2GB Profitable at $7 you'd be fine.
Is that a single SAS drive or in RAID10?
If in RAID10, I'd be more than happy to pay $15-$20/mo for it.
If just a single drive, then cut that in half.

It is RAID 10 SAS Drive, But I am looking to host large size 8GB VM, to give everyone a good IO Speed.
To repeat I would like to offer KVM on these 2 combinations.

500 GB @ 1GBPS, 1 IPV4, 4 cores CPU E5.

Everyone here will tell you $7/mo or less. I'd easily pay $20~/mo+ or so for 2GB RAM and RAID10 15K SAS storage so long as you didn't overload the node and it was on a halfway decent network. Even at $20/mo that is low considering you could easily get $50/mo or so for that on WHT. All about how you market it and to who. (Source: Sold $30/mo 512MB XEN VPSes on WHT years ago)
