I'm looking for a cheap yearly VPS that allows IRC. I plan on setting up a BNC on it and a sock5 proxy. Needs to have a dedicated IPV4 (Non-shared) and IPV6 for the BNC.
Connection speed of it doesn't matter much, but as much bandwidth as possible would be nice.
Location of the server doesn't matter much, but the payment processor for the provider needs to be in the US.
Any suggestions would be great!
