We are working on hosting managing solution service that manage front and back end with good way .

What are the most payment gateways you need in this service? ex->paypal .

And what's the most important thing you need in this service? ex->weekly report income .

will you pay one time fee , monthly , as you go 2% ?

which panel should we integrate with it first cpanel , onapp , ... etc ?

also please note that we are not inventing the wheel again , we already use clientexec and test blesta , whmcs all of them manage hosting from 3 aspects client , billing , support

  • Maybe you should combine them all 3 and make a better product.

  • first of all thanks for your comment , without going in details of the application it will be Saas application for the back end[admin + staff] and js file include it in your wordpress , static page , etc it will handle the client area , but we don't need to combine 3 or more we need the most important things you need in the services .

    again thanks for your reply

I think the idea of SAAS for a billing and automation panel is not going to go down too well around here but here goes.

Monthly fee, an % is just a ridiculous business model that fails over and over.

    Paypal, Stripe, braintree, bitpay

cPanel, solusvm, virtualizor, proxmox, onapp in that order.

Side note: you are based in Egypt, you are going to need to register a company in north america and in Europe in order for anyone to be able to remain legal in terms of data protection acts if you insist on going with the ridiculous SaaS model for a billing panel.

Just allow self install and licenses, it is a way better business model than having to split your accounting, compliance and saas infrastructure per region.
