Spamassassin supports URIBL_SBL for Spamhaus from v3.0. Just add it in the SA config file like
score URIBL_SBL 3.0I was more concerns reading the mail header against Spamhaus not really the content. I don't want to reject those spmahaus positive in postfix but want to do more heuristic analysis in Spamassassin.
