Anyone use hostmist?
Or do they have a rep here?
I've used their services which up to date, have been fine. I ordered some shared hosting from them and 3 weeks later, nothing. No response to tickets, yet spookily all my other services are running fine.
I'm wondering if anyone has had any communication with them or has something to share about them.

They have also been ignoring my tickets and my services have been down for weeks.
They are good but when they go down they do not reply to tickets. And have taken 10-15hours to fix downtime.
