If you are fine with ARM, take a look at
https://www.soyoustart.com/ie/offers/arm-2t.xml
Thanks...
Thanks I will check it out... did you try it ?
dose it have option to install any linux distro ? and reinstall option?
Well I am focus on Ram and Disk Space.... mainly for backup space.... but still VPS ...
You can choose from Debian 8 or Ubuntu 16.04. Reinstallations are free.
However there is a rescue system, so you can install any linux distro which supports ARM.

By the way, is it me, or is that "unlimited" backup space limited at 10Mbps reminding me of a service I don't like... (If you don't know this already, it's Hubic)
The limitation with our services is not intended. It is just a disclaimer of the approximate speed you will get with Tahoe-LAFS due to its design.
Oh okay, @exception0x876 - new promotion please, beacuse I want one :P

Yeah. I was also greatly disappointed by that things speed. As with most other cloud storage services, even the bigger names.
Which brings us back to topic, because it seems you can not get decently cheap storage anywhere these days excep you provide it yourselv with a VPS.
There's a fair amount of storage available in the 4-6 USD/TB range. Time4vps, Hetzner StorageBox in the larger sizes, i-83 Cybermonday offer (250gb annual for about 14 USD), Hetzner SX-61 dedicated server (4x6TB) if you want a lot of space. StorageBox is not a VPS and the other VPS I mentioned have less than 2GB ram and aren't exactly cpu monsters. When someone asks for 2GB of ram and they really need it, I think they might also want a lot of CPU, in which case they may be disappointed with these cheap VPSs.
BuyVM KVM storage plans have plenty of cpu but by today's standards are no longer "cheap storage" (they are $30/TB/mo). Their 1TB storage plan has 1GB ram by default, but they were offering free ram upgrades via ticket a while back--you could ask them.
