I am looking for a cheap KVM VPS with preferably 1 GB RAM or more, able to support windows (but i have my own license) Storage around 50GB. 2 Shared CPU cores should be fine.

Looking for annual plans preferably less than $15/Year.

I have seen that but the disk space is 10GB, which i believe is slightly less for windows. Moreover they don't have IPv6 in those regions

Those are monthly prices. The OP wants $15/year. (Which is unrealistic for the specs in question.)

Hostodo had one on LEB a while back. They are meh if you ask me. KVM doesn't appear pure KVM as kernel won't update.

I've got both Virmach and HostODO. I dig my HostODO KVM (their OpenVZ are OK, but disk I/O is contentious), and I have nothing to complain about with Virmach. I adore MNX.IO, but they're nowhere near your pricing.

Don't use your own Windows License on hardware not owned by you, it's against microsoft AUP, better get a VPS Provider who offer Free Windows License with VPS, there are lots of providers who offers VPS under $5 with Free Windows License as well, providers can offer free windows license if they are using data centre edition of windows license
