Ultravps.eu(BF1GB ~17eu/yr ) , liteserver(256mb kvm for ~17eu/yr , and arubacloud starter (1gb 1euro/month) all are excellent options.
Ram is a little expensive with liteserver.nl. But reliability is probably the best of the bunch.
Edit: you only get that liteserver and ultravps offer pricing till tomorrow. Act in time.
