Charlotte and New Orleans with extra IPs

Hi guys,

I'm looking for two VMs: in Charlotte and NO with /27 additional IPs (geo'ed in the same cities).

No mailing, port 25 can be blocked.

    Hostigation has Charlotte and nobody i know (or with sane mind with the power pricing and different legal system) hosts in New Orleans.

    Last point is important if you run VPN and similar; that state is NOT based on common law like the rest of the US.
