This could mean either:

Your host has too many clients connected to MySQL.

or

Your host is limiting the number of connections by user sinlix_ads.

By default the max no of MySQL connection is 500 AFAIN many a time.
Increase it as an ad. network will require it to bw in thousands-> millions, depending upon request made...

If it says max user connections, then it's problem with the max per-user connections setting (default unlimited, so you must have set it) and not global connections I think.

150 is the default.... used to be 100.

Oops, then 500 connections at a time was set by us, mostly in school. Few years back, almost forgotten everything
