@RaidLogic Your live chat is always 'Online' but there never is a representative to talk to. I tried on 3 different days on 3 different times of the day, no-one.
Also, if I press 'Leave message' I get this: TypeError: frames['lz_chat_frame.3.2'].frames[_frame] is undefinedlz_chat_frame.3.2.login.1.0

Our livechat is operational 24/7, we are planning to migrate to a different livechat system since livezilla is very buggy.
I logged into the monitor side of livechat and can see active chats going on at this moment, are you using chrome by any chance? it seems chrome browser are having issue with livezilla.
PS: The Leave message option has now been fixed by enabling livezilla internal message system, instead of using the email directly option due to a unknown bug.
