WHMCS chinese php issue

Hi,
We are facing the issue with "chinese.php - Addon language file is missing!".
If we select the language chinese from our domain. It is shows addon chinese.php language missing.
We already have the chinese.php file on our WHMCS language directory.
Is there any suggestion for this issue? Please refer the screen shot below

Have you checked the chinese.php's file ownership and permission ?
What addon modules do you have installed ?
