Hi,
I have been trying to figure out a way to run Striesand on openvz VPS. It works really well on cloud based server like DO.
I have tried editing the IP address on the playbook and other steps mentioned in the WIKI. I would really appreciate if someone can help me with the steps or helping me over TV.
Thanks!

Didn't look too much into Streisand but since it uses IPsec which needs kernel modifications it should NOT be doable on OpenVZ
@lion is correct, due to OpenVZ virtualization limitations (IPsec in this case) it should be not possible to use Striesand on it.
@lion, @Time4vps, which virtualization will be good for it then? I can spend 15-20$ p.a on a server. My requirements are very minimal ( 256MB ram, 10GB Space, 500GB Bandwidth and any location in Europe).
KVM,VMWare or XEN (no guarantee for XEN)
Most of the providers here offer KVM so there should be not problem finding one.
I can offer you the following KVM servers in Frankfurt, Germany:
1 vCPU Core, 256 MB RAM, 5 GB SSD, 200 GB Traffic for 12 EUR / yr:
https://cloud.nodion.com/machines/new?code=FHFVTFISQP&plan_id=27
1 vCPU Core, 512 MB RAM, 5 GB SSD, 200 GB Traffic for 15 EUR / yr:
https://cloud.nodion.com/machines/new?code=B35Z5RGR3T&plan_id=29
Feel free to join our livechat on www.nodion.com if there are any questions left! :-)
Edit: A bit more for your requirements:
1 vCPU Core, 256 MB RAM; 10 GB SSD, 500 GB Traffic for 18 EUR / yr:
https://cloud.nodion.com/machines/new?code=SGTBWNQIZS&plan_id=31
XEN should also be just fine.
