You're asking a lot for the price, but hey - that's what we're all here for. I'd definitely go with @exception0x876, but I'm not sure that he'll be happy with you hogging the entire CPU to yourself 24/7...
I might not be happy about it, but it is allowed by our ToS. However since it is a shared environment, you might not get 100% of 1 core resources 100% of the time. Hence we state it as unlimited core, but not a dedicated one.
If OP wants an unthrottled core, he might try to look for plans explicitly stating a dedicated core (not a dedicated thread, since most providers seems to treat threads as cores unintentionally). However Im afraid that might be out of the $7 budget.
Come on, man, I absolutely have nothing against aff links, I use them myself occasionally, but there are too many irrelevant "check my signature" notes сoming from you, don't you think? The cheapest VirMach's 3GB RAM monthly plan (actually 4GB one, since they have no regular 3GB plans at all) is $10.5/m, add High CPU option ($10) and you get $20.5/m in total. So I can't actually find any 3GB High CPU Virmach plan for strictly $7/m in your signature.
