The above mentioned VPEasy (Vegas) or Virmach special 4GB KVM are the only options within your budget I know.
I would be also interested if anyone can offer something like this. But I doubt.
Went with VP Easy /w coupon. $51 for first year, Vegas close enough. So far so good.
