Do not worry self about Wi-Fi/Wireless Adapaters are disabled by default in Windows Server 2012 R2. Don’t need to update, uninstall or reinstall your Wireless Adapter.
Just follow the following simple steps under one minutes to enable wireless connections:
Go to Server Manager.
Click Manage in the upper right corner.
Click Add Roles and Features.
Click Next > Next > Next.
At Server Selection select your server.
Click Next > Next.
At Features check Wireless LAN Services.
Click Next > Install.
Restart your server.
Connect to your wireless network.
And you are good o go!

At least he posted in the right category. Ps. Who really uses Win2k12 server, SERVER, with wifi? I mean if it is really deployed as a server
I had to use that in school, 1 Ethernet cable, 2 computers, 1 wifi adapter. Ended with setting a router on one of the windows servers and connect the other server to the first. Threw the wifi adapter in trash can.
See? It was in a learning environment. But seriously, I have never seen a real deployment with wifi :P

Huh, not sure where I would use this. Why bother using a server OS for your main desktop?
So you can tell people you have your own server at home.
Computer 1: pentium 4, 512mb ram, server 2012 r2 = the server
Computer 2: quad xeon, 512gb ram, windows 10 = the shit
Seems legit
Life is to hard to afford windows 10 licence
