    Their reseller packages are unbelievable also. It was tempting. Reminded me on GVH.

    Also, I think they had a thread on the other VPS forum asking for input concerning brand names... New brand me thinks.

    If you look at their offer posts, both of them don't capitalise the 'y' in new york

    I registered here to tell you to avoid Hosticated - I transferred some domains to them and cannot use them neither received refund. There are issues they cannot fix for a whole month. Support is super slow and incompetent.

    You can have ICANN force the registrar to transfer the domain out: https://forms.icann.org/en/resources/compliance/complaints/transfer/form

    At this point, 4 days is actually pretty good when you think about the number of necro-posts that date in the months or even years.

    I would like to leave my experience here with hosticated.com ,very bad experience which cost me money and nerves.
    I found hosticated.com 'hot sale' post.
    ... and I bought for 1 year VPS: :: 4GB RAM VPS ::

    in the first days everything was fine until they (Oscar M. from hosticated.com) suspended my VPS.

    Let's start! After my VPS is suspended I open a ticket on hosticated.com and a ticket I leave you here that all of you see.

    Oscar M it answers something that has nothing to do with my question. It's like I'm talking to a robot, not a man. Look at the date when I opened the ticket (my vps is offline) and date is 02/01/2017 and look at the date when he answers me after 10 hours.

    My VPS is still offline and I answer to allow me to make my backup. He answers me after 21 hours.

    He (Oscar M. from hosticated.com) answers me after 26 hours and he knows that my VPS is all the time offline. I'm looking for my backup and he offers me third thing.

    He responds after 19 hours and he know my vps is offline all the time. Last time I answered the date 06/10/2017 and I still did not get the answer. Like he did not care about this. Things that can be resolved within 4/5 hours maximum I'm waiting for 6 days here and who knows how long I will wait. Do not forget that my VPS is still offline.

    Thanks to everyone and I'm interested in what you think about this case. In any case, this is not normal acting.
