Quickpacket L5420 deal

If somone how got the latest quickpacket L5420 can provide a link to a download test file on the server it would be greatly appreciated. I have got a link from quickpacket but i am getting strange results.
Alsow if any have some real life experience about the quality of the connection from the Atlanta DC to europe.

I think the speed issues are related to your ISP. We tried to reroute traffic from your ISP from nLayer to Cogent (both of which peer directly with your ISP), and you got the same results.
