About that Liberty Global <> Cogentco thing.
It seems to have been resolved, no world loop anymore (NL > US > NL) but traffic directly via
be3065.ccr41.ams03.atlas.cogentco.com.
exact, we fixed this issue with Cogent and UPC, for Scaleway customers, there will be other improvments coming
Is there any test IP for it?
not yet, but we will be deploying a network test server at AMS in the coming days (lots of upgrade in AMS ongoing this week actually)
meanwhile any server can be used for testing of course
