The client portal seems to be timing out with database errors. My VPS has been down since yesterday and I can't access manage it from the client portal. Anyone else having issue? I have opened a ticket with them, but haven't got a reply yet.

I tried creating a VPS a few days ago, but that timed out with some error and didn't work.
I have been using 36cloud for almost a year now and have been very happy with the speed/latency with China. So I hope they can resolve these issues and keep providing service. But I am getting a bit worried.
