hetzner dedi with software raid - can undo RAID with LARA ?

With dedi like https://www.hetzner.de/en/hosting/produkte_rootserver/ex41ssd, it comes with software RAID1 (2xSSD). Anyone know if you can break RAID and have full use of both disks ?

If it's BIOS soft RAID then i'm guessing you can use https://wiki.hetzner.de/index.php/LARA/en to get into BIOS and undo RAID. But would like someone to confirm ?
