openvz vps required in different locations for nameserver cluster setup

hi i require a few vps, with the following specs in geographically different locations:
Disk Space = 30 GB
Bandwidth = 1,000GB
RAM = 1,024MB
IPv6 and IPv4 (with custom rdns support)
OS = Centos 6 64 bit
i just need to setup a ns-dns cluster
budget max $2 Per Month VPS (less than that would be preferable)

@miamiconsultant offers a similar plan in NC, $1.25/mo, although only 10GB disk (for DNS server that should suffice though).

You'll notice that it's much more acceptable to rather state your offer (and price), than to drop your "please chat on the website" template response.
