US East Coast
Centos 7
Dual Xeon L5640
1 TB SATa HDD
16 gigs ram
100 megabit port
5 ipv4 and a /64 ipv6
5TB Transfer

Checking for offers along those lines. US east coast is preferred anywhere in the US is fine.

    You could try your luck with "delimiter". Get a 200 usd yearly box, pay a one-time-fee to upgrade it to some better specs.
