Something in their network broke.
After the hop into their network, pings fly sky high.

Their UK number doesn't seem to work too... From what I can see, looks like it is something on their internal network which has gone wonky.
Don't think everyone is affected, probably my rack or even room maybe.
run an mtr.
no problems on any of my GRA servers, probably just a certain rack or area.

I had personal server in Gravelines, it's normal to have some packet loss in this DC, currently their BT connection has issue:
"Our 100G with BT (AS2856) is currently down. The backup path seems overloaded, we are rerouting the traffic."
