Than you are out of luck. If 50 euro per year is much for you, than there is nearly no way to find any LEB there

The only thing in a comparable price range to Edis in Panama (or anywhere in Central/South America) is Hub.org's $4.97 monthly plan. Free BSD only, 192MB RAM, 2GB disk, 128GB traffic
